How does the anti-teeth grinding mouthguard work?

Yes. It's made from soft, durable, and flexible material that molds to your teeth, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit throughout the night.
How long does the mouthguard last?
The average lifespan is 3 to 6 months, depending on how often and intensely you grind your teeth. We recommend replacing it when it begins to show signs of wear.
How do I clean the mouthguard?
After each use, rinse it with lukewarm water. Clean it using a soft toothbrush and mild soap, or a special dental cleaning tablet, to keep it free from bacteria.
Can I use the mouthguard if I have braces or crowns?
If you wear braces, crowns, or implants, we strongly recommend consulting your dentist to ensure the mouthguard is suitable for your dental needs.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the estimated delivery time?
Our processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday). After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

What is your return and money-back policy?
We offer a 365-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 365 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
For damaged, lost, or incorrectly delivered products, we always offer a free replacement. Contact us at support@getsnorelessnights.com with a photo (if damaged) or details of the issue.
How do I request a return?

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
