Return and refund

Our return policy is valid for 365 days. You have 365 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. After this period, we can no longer accept your return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received. 
  • The product must still be in its original packaging.

You can return your item within 365 days if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You are not satisfied with your purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift vouchers

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds or Refund Denials

We may issue a partial refund or deny a refund in the following cases:

  • The item is not in its original condition.
  • Parts are missing, and it is not our fault.
  • The return is requested after 365 days from delivery.

If more than three items are purchased at once, the money-back guarantee does not apply.

Refunds

Once we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 7 days. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return your product and place a new order.

Shipping Your Return Items

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
